March 2025: We’ve just installed a new air conditioner and heater. The old one wasn’t giving us any trouble, but it was 26 years old, and designed to last only 15-20 years. Rather than risk a breakdown in the middle of the summer, we bit the bullet and replaced it. Let us know if you encounter any problems.
